Below we would like to help answer the most frequently asked questions related to the Mórahalom Card system.

1. My card has expired. What should I do?

  • You have nothing to do, as cards are continuously and automatically extended. There is no need to apply for a new one.

2. I have just registered but did not receive an email. What should I do?

  • If this is not your first registration, the latest registration attempt will fail, as each user can have only one card. If you registered again because you cannot find your card, please contact us and we will resend the original card.
  • It is possible that your email address was entered incorrectly (e.g., due to a typo). In this case, feel free to contact us and we will help correct it and resend your card.

3. I cannot register again. What could be the reason?

  • In most cases, a card has already been registered earlier with the same email address, so the system does not allow another registration.

4. I cannot find my card. How can I access it?

  • Using the 4-digit PIN code received during registration and your email address, you can access your cardholder account.
  • Alternatively, contact us and we will send your card again to your registered email address.

5. How can I avoid searching for my card in emails every time?

  • After downloading the card attachment, you can find it later in the “Downloads” folder, or
  • Take a screenshot after opening the card on your phone so it will be available in your Gallery, or
  • Mark/star the email for easier access, or
  • If you use the card frequently, it is worth placing it on your home screen.

6. Where can I use my card?

  • You can view the list of partner locations and the available discounts under the “Partners” menu on the website’s main page. Each partner indicates which type of card (City Card and/or Tourist Card) they accept.
